Did my biometric 21st September and it was standard application. Yet to get any feed back from ukvi. I have called to escalate since Tuesday and up until now no update. Any 21sr September still await Ukvi please?

If yes then you just have to apply again and move on. Try and give a reliable number

If not to the conditions then go through Review but that takes months and might not be sorted till next year

What if the next case worker can’t reach me again? I’m thinking of the AR so that we can address the phone call issue once and for all.

I would go with the suggestion to reapply and in the new application state the reasons why you got rejected earlier especially if you are sure you never received a call from them and then if you can check if your phone number is correct also stating the reference number of the calls you made to ukvi trying to sort the issue. For me, this is the best option especially if you still have your bank statement as it is with the money in your account and then use priority service.

I believe this option is better as administrative review would take months before a resolution.

First of all calm down bro. This can be heartbreaking but you will surely get your visa. You will need to take the Administrative Review path. Other people with much experience will buttress on how you should go about it. But calm down and don't lose your mind yet.

You might get a different case worker... as mentioned find all evidence that you can attach that show you tried to reach them . And what else can you do but apply and hope for the best

Suggestion seconded. Refusal is heartbreaking and you don't want to wait for months again all to hear sorry and then application transferred back to the same team.

If you have still got the funds in your acct, re-apply, explain the refusal diplomatically without putting blame on the assessing officer and pay for priority service and hopefully shall end in praise. AR will take between 2 to 3months, so weigh all options carefully.

Been calling them since wednesday and call them twice a day both morning and evening. Annoying thing calling them is not free and keep saying it has been escalated and wait for 15 working days. A decision has not been made yet

Several times its a glitch on IHS site and it will rectified and same application can still be used.

Try it on your browser incognito mode, that worked for me on the 5th attempt.

Please note you will have to create a new application when this error occurs, because once it happens on an application likelihood is its never going to go through on that.

No interview/complex mail or any of the sort.

How long does it take to finally know one's fate?

If you are resuming January 2021, do an AR explaining what happened.
Its a genuine reason for refusal when you shun interview for no reason.
Did you ever get the calls on those days?
Did you pick up?
Were you available?
If you never got the call, a call log from your service provider (self service app) would help .
If you got the call and had no genuine reason for attending your interview kindly apply again don't any AR as it would be a waste of time.

As a matter of fact, I’ve spent almost 21k on calls with a case reference number. Why would the eco refuse the application based on that? Did he not get the memo that I’ve been calling ukvi to let them know I never received a call.
