Following the revelation made on Friday by former TVC journalist, Sandra Eze, that a call from Bourdillon led to her sack, the host of the show, Morayo has reacted.

Debunking the claims made by Eze, Brown said she fired because she walked out on the show while it was ongoing.
“It was unethical, it was unprofessional. Our viewer didn’t find it right at the time.We got a lot of calls from every quarters questioning why she walked out on set”

Speaking further, she noted that no call from Bourdillon led to Sandra’s sack.
Morayo said via her Instagram video: ”She is right the management said it was ground for dismissal based on the company’s position. Under no circumstance did we get a call from political quarters or anywhere saying we should let Sandra go.That is wrong. Who owns TVC is not for me to say.Everybody knows who owns TVC. People always try to use that to put us under undue pressure. We are seven years in this game, nobody can scare us about getting calls from somewhere anymore” she said.

Igbos should please stop trying to tribalize & politicize every trivial thing. APC & PDP are the same corrupt people.
No one will take ur side when it's actually a real case of discrimination.

Any presenter who walks out of a live TV show's got to know there will be consequences. Irrespective of where the call came from, what matters most is that she actually deserved the sack.

It is very unethical to walk out on a live show.

A professional broadcaster should learn to keep his/her emotions in check! undecided

If you have balls, there are things you won't stand no matter who is involved or where you are

Then what she should have done is, immediately she was told 'you can't discuss this issue', she shouldve resigned on principle & then made an interview on how unprofessional TVC is.

Dt would have been heroic. Right now it looks like the live TV walkout was a personally planned protest to support her tribe. It's fair enough, but don't cry wolf when u get sacked for a sackable offence.

Right now I cant be sure if her bourdillon story is true at all or just payback from a manipulative sacked staff.

Of course, I might have done the same thing no matter the consequences. She couldn't take the BS and she walked out. The station or whoever pulled the plug on her appointment also did what they felt was right. So there's really no issue there.

Where she actually messed up, in my opinion, was going to Bourdillon twice (she herself said so) to beg after they sacked her. That was a display of weakness after her initial bold stand.
