Transport company manager requires you to be managing a transport company not managing fleet of cars.

If TRA Assessment is positive your assessment as fleet manager does not have any bearing as it's not on the 3 main Occupation list. She also cannot claim assessment points from you

Do you have salary account statement?

Good you have tax payment. Your tax clearance certificates should help.

What's your spouse's profile perhaps it could be a better match for the skilled migration?
