I won't even talk about Fred again make e no be like say na my favorite or I'm paid to defend him. It's just confusing when I see his effort to make sure that our midfield was not overrun yesterday and the stats confirmed that he had one of the highest attempted passes and better pass success ratio than every other player on the field bar Mata and James I think before he was substituted. Then I come on NL and I see something like "Fred can't pass". Omo na weakness.

This is one of the drawbacks of judging a players performance by stats alone. Fred had an okay game but most of his passes were sideways and non-line breaking passes. Most of the time he tried a line breaking pass it was misplaced.

Did you not see how poor his shots were? Did you also not see how he is always over committing himself when tackling thereby making it easy for opponents to glide pass him. He needs to improve his passing range if he wants to last at United.

Immediately VVD came in yesterday, I was smiling seeing the shorts passes interchange between Bruno, Mata and VVD.

Rashford is coming back to his former self. The bombing forward towards defenders yesterday was damn! He just need to add sense to when to shoot and pass.

I am more than pleased with yesterday's game especially the second half. This is what we've been trying to see. Hope they improve on this because the next four games will determine how far the team will go bith in EPL and Champe.
