This is the beginning of the end of unity within our protest simply because of feelings pride, achievements and leadership by this Feminist Coalition.

The inclusion of this LGBGTQ shows great insensitivity & they feel they can steer the ongoing movement in any direction they like.
Some days ago, the feminist group publicized their names on twitter that they are the ones behind the group. For what purpose? We haven't achieved our purpose, ego is already setting in.

Division and disunity within us is all that is needed for us to lose this endsars battle against the present government.
It could also mean the other way around. The ego of over-religious country's men and women coming from a poor educational system who has been raised and conditioned to hate and be a intolerable to a group of people. Exactly the same way racism, brutallty and other forms of oppression works.

Hey that's not what they said. They didn't say the fight is centered on the LGBTQ community.

They said that fighting police brutality against queer folks is inclusive too!!!
Shut up. Shebi you have confessed to be part of them. And you're proud of what you are. So why are you trying to twist what they are saying and insidiously take this movement. If I see your gay ass in really life will I know? So why would you say you're being brutalized.

So in your words, police brutality against queer folks is okay?? cheesy God supports it

Thats Not What He meant, what he meant was they country does not give room for gay/lesbian acts.

No one is saying they should be brutalised by the police. thats what we are fighting against afterall.

If anyone is caught in a gay/lesbian acts or any othere ills of the society like stealing, hijacking, they should be trialed according to the dictates of the law, and given a fair hearing. not killed extra-judicially.

Good Morning.

Nobody said they wanna legalize LGBTQ through the protests, calm your intolerance down!

They're simply saying they shouldn't be sidelined or shouldn't have the right to protest cos of their sexual orientation!
I thought you said you have really good comprehension skills. Who said they don't have the right to protest? Can't they identify as Nigerians like everybody else? Must they identify as LGBTQ before they protest?
Again. If I see your gay ass outside would I know?

Sometimes I wonder how graduates emerge from universities. Intolerance will blind them to scatter this protest and fight themselves which is what these people want. These feminists are fighting for the lgbts that have been brutalized as well. They are not fighting for it to be legalized or something. They are trying to involve everyone in this protest which is quite wise of them if they want the protest successful. They want everybody out In protest against SARS. A lot of nigerians are unable to comprehend.
Just watch as with this my simple logical comment one "olodo graduate" will come and call me gay. Too many dull graduates

It's funny how you try to shut opposing opinion off by trying to ignorant-shame ahead.

you claim they are not fighting for it to be legalized. And also, that they are trying to involve everyone in the protests.

If this is true, is there even need to mention LGBT in the protest?? The protest is for everybody; every Nigerian; why now trying to profile people??
If there is no ulterior agenda, if this is about everybody, then there is no need mentioning LGBT in this protest. There is no need for profiling, since it's for everybody.

Honestly i didnt even see where they said they wanna legalize LGBTQ in Nigeria.

They want everyone to join the protest but want police to continue brutalizing a selective few. How does it make sense?

Nigerians saw a tweet saying “LGBTQs also have a right to protest against police brutality” but decided to read it as “we are now fighting for LGBTQs, no more End Sars” how does that make sense?

Oppressing others while fighting for oppression at the same time

Shut the Bleep up! You're a pathetic and Chronic Gay.

I'd rather have a honest gay woman or man rule me than a straight oppressor. If gays sponsored a protest like this to alleviate suffering and bring in the best to this suffering country, I think they are better off than all the straight people who have ever ruled (that's if up to 20% of these rulers and politicians that brought the gay law are straight sef. grin )
Youths want a change but they must learn to be logical and to "always" choose the "lesser evil" (gay isn't evil though because you hurt no one). If they fail to be logical as to always choose the lesser evil, they'll be outsmarted anytime. How can you be logical? By choosing never to be biased. Where your mind is free, you'll understand things better. You'll be logical.

Get the hell out of here pathetic Gay like you. You and your ilks can go and carry out your own protest and fight for your inordinate LGBTQ rights instead of hiding under the umbrella of #Endsars protest of well meaning Nigerian youths.

I have some questions dear; armed robbers steal people's money and belongings with guns, Yahoo boys and girls use internet scam to steal money. So, what crime did queer people commit? Did they steal anything that belongs to you?

ok. From your experience, why do you to think people choose to be gay? They say they are born that way but I don't believe it. I read somewhere that millions of dollars have been spent on research in western countries to find out if there is anything like "gay gene" to explain why people are gay but they never discovered it.

Intolerance in every form (whether religious, tribe or sexuality) is what always separates us. This is what politicians always use too in order to achieve their aim "divide and rule". These feminists are wise.
Truly women think smarter than men
Nigerians will never learn

You're fooooool...and a big one at that. You're guys are a confused bunch. What has feminism got to do with LGBTQ?

This is a revolution by well meaning Nigerian youths to put an end to Bad leadership and enthrone transparency in governance.

If we catch any of you championing your Mumu LGBTQ rights the beating you guys will chop will be televised.

This is no homosexual agenda!

What was actually said was that queers are also victims of police brutality and shouldn't be sidelined cos of their sexuality!

So because someone is too feminine or too masculine makes it right for them to suffer police brutality?

How can you even compare it to armed robbery and fraud

Everything is not western agenda! Deep down y'all feel it's okay for police to brutalize people as long as they're perceived queer! What then is the motive of the ensars struggle? That police brutality is okay for a selective few?
Idiot! We don't care if there queer or bears. We are fighting for all Nigerians and not stylishly promoting a insane ideas.

But where you show unity (even where you detest it), they'll see no "hole" to enter anymore. They'll be forced to adjust and play the card of nigerians. These feminists were wise. They United/used the lgbts before the government did. Smart move. You fail to calculate.
