I would not be surprised if that was true. There was no news of injury at the press conference the day before then suddenly he was quietly off the match day squad.

This thing is quite simple. Bruno Fernandes is what Man United fans thought Paul Pogba will be.

Also, there's a root level of bias against Pogba which obviously sterns from all the drama that him and his agent have caused the club. Perhaps, if his agent learnt to keep his mouth shut, and Pogba didn't go granting interviews about leaving the club prior to Bruno's arrival, maybe fans would have been less critical of him.

With that being said, Pogba is a quality player, and hopefully will prove his price tag.
