Difrent:

Being queer is illegal in Nigeria ,GEJ made sure of that . Believe me government folks will twist this to mean pro gay rights movement and give the government the excuse needed to disperse protesters forcefully.

Actually the law that Goodluck signed was against gay marriage that is conducting a marriage ceremony for gay people.

Simply being gay or queer or whatever in itself is not a crime hence why Bobrisky and Derenle are not in prison.

We should really know our laws so the police and the government as a whole doesn't take advantage of us.

1. It is transmissible( not like really like an infection but initiation, someone who is even homophobic can end up becoming gay)

2. It is an addiction( very strong addiction when one gets addicted to it), very hard to stop.

3. It causes depression at some point( what most gays try to hide)

4. when they get all their rights, they always smear it on the faces of straight folks and try to make straight folks look inferior

5. Most gays are oppressive when given power to express themselves( but they will never agree with that)

6. Gay sex is a higher transmitter of sexual and infectious diseases( because their sex is less protective than straight sex), for most gays in order to achieve full sexual satisfaction it always comes with a lot of fetishes that is highly unprotected, this in turn exposes the individuals to transmittable diseases, why do you think gays have a high number of HIV?

You can ask further questions and I can expatiate on the highlights above

Thank you very much, you did justice to my question.

Foolish gay goat
The fact that you can't have a decent conversation without resorting to insult shows that your sense of reasoning is very low.

People are being profiled as gay even when they are not and been extorted by the police same way people with dreads and tattoos are being profiled as Yahoo boys and been extorted and that's what the tweet was trying to address but the homophobia in Nigerians must always jump out.
Where is it written in the law that police are allowed to harass people because they look gay or are even gay without being caught in the act?
The goal still remains to End Police Brutality towards every citizen of Nigeria so why the rage?

LGBT community are criminals and will be treated as such and there is nothing you can do about it
Law of which and whose land? Do you mean the one Goodluck signed a few years ago? Personally, I think just as Good luck signed that law few years ago it can get unsigned in the future years so brace yourself.
Says who? I do something, I will continue to speak up and support my family whenever I can.
Plus, I think those it affects most are protesting already thus the reason we are having this conversation in the first place.

I think so, right from day one. I know this cuz I was raised by a loving family, I didn't pass through any single trauma as a child. He blessed me to get a good education at one of best University in the world. I know He is proud of me because am at stage where I am a bread winner for my family and other young people too. I think it's the will of the almighty for people to be happy as they journey through life. That's why He sent His only son to die for all of us. It's a shame because so many are sad people and think they will be happy or that God loves them when they hate and hunt thier kill thier fellow human beings.
What about you?

Your story isnt necessary and im not in support of killing of any kind but if think God is proud of you for supporting homosexuality you must be confused

you can only wish but no one will ever legalize the stupidity in this country and every LGBT member should keep it to himself
there is no difference bet them and the sars we are protesting against, they are both anti Human so anybody that wants to be unfortunate by being gay or lesbian should leave the country or we hand them over to authorities at sight to be prosecuted

The Anti-gay bill only bans gay marriage and any form of physical gay gatherings and associations in Nigeria, you cannot be persecuted for being gay in Nigeria because it goes against the fundamental human right of humans to live/exist freely.

"When in Rome act like the Romans" is one of the stupidest excuses to brutalise people I have ever seen.

And somewhere in South Africa and Alabama some people feel dirty negros like you should be brutalised, raped and hung from a tree by your neck for daring to bring your bring your ape African ass to white man's land and be forming right.

Hope you will accommodate the white man's treatment and not complain about it since the majority have concluded you are a subhuman monkey.

it won't hold water. Sooner or later those who started it will back out of the protest (segalinks) already did and those who remain will now have to face the wrath of APC.

Don't forget this government is smart. They're watching and observing. That feminist coalition or whatever they call themselves should have kept mute.

I even wonder if this LGBT whatever aren't Nigerians. Like why did they even mention them specifically.

It's safe to say the funding they're getting from abroad are from sympathizers/supporters of the LGBTQ league.

Ok

1 Being gay is not transmitted, people are more likely to be open about it once they realise they won't be killed for it.

2. Is being attracted to the opposite sex an addiction?

3. Gay people are depressed because most people hate them, put them in jail or kill them because their religion said so that's why they hide it.

4. You are doing that to gay people right now, I acknowledge that in every group there are bad people who want to rule over others.

5. Same as 4

6. Gay people have a higher rate of HIV because they don't use protection often and have multiple sex partners. There's also a trend of homeless gay youth (male and female) using sex as a means of survival and drugs as well. Female to female transmission of HIV is less likely.

What were the things you experienced in Life that made question your sexuality and at various stages was that?

Well this a very personal question, I wish I was a bit more anonymous here to answer this, but I would give a bit of it, like I said in my other post, there are factors that can cause someone to become gay or bisexual, so mine was:

1.ENVIRONMENT: My secondary school was an only boys school and yes we had gays, I was homophobic and still homophobic till date and guess what I got attracted at some point to a guy there infact 2 guys, but somehow we never kissed or had sex but a little bit of body romance at various instances, now this was because of the kind of environment I found myself, there were guys who where having full blown gay sex, I was just about 12 - 13 years old, I knew some guys there were having the sex just because of the environment too and would still prefer girls, but I knew some who had crossed the line and were now addicted to gay sex and liked it, though my attraction to those guys stopped for reasons I can't even explain then but now at my age I can see the reasons, the reason was I did not cross the line to get to addiction.

2. PORN - yes porn, my experience with porn almost forced me into liking gay sex, it was more like mind control in subtle ways, this was not when I was a teen either but as a full grown adult, this topic of porn here is very wide, it's another subject of it's own, what I would just tell you is if you watch porn, please stop and also if you haven't please don't ever try it, it's very strong in addiction and can change you from one thing to another even sexual preference.

In conclusion if I had my way there are 2 things I would ban especially in Nigeria
1. same sex boarding school
2. Pornography of any sort
this is a breeding ground for homosexuality....

That's a fat lie please say what you know.

This protest was started by Omoleye Sowore on Twitter wwho called the attention of Burna Boy to join but Burna then declined.

He subsequently called on all Nigerians to join and the tweets garnered a lot of likes on TwitterNG. That was when Naira Marley decided to join and even called on all his fans to join him.

When Naira called off his protest, Runtown weighed in and announced a new date for the protest which was on Thursday last week. Falz seeing that Runtown wasn't backing down, put a call through to Runtown and expressed his desire to join him.

So Runtown and Falz were the first people to start protesting on Thursday last week.

Tiwa, Toke and Tacha then joined in the evening of that same day.

The next day other celebrities joined in and the protests grew organically from there.

So let it be known that this current wave of #EndSars protests sweeping the entire country was first started by Runtown and Falz even though the movement and awareness was spread by Omoyele Sowore.

But in all of this, the very first person to come up with or even bring the idea of overhauling Sars years ago was our very own Segalink.

I hope you understand.

Guy u Just follow the wrong trend oooo... sowore was all abt revolution, this end sars thing started with segalink almost 3yrs ago and what prompt this one is dat death at ughelli at delta state...and the protest start on tuesday not thursday by the likes of rinu, dekunle, dannywalter, then MC. macaroni joins in the evening at alausa and they all sleep there Were obasa came to address them arround 11/12am...so guy follow the réal trend no b sowore start am ooo...they are différent agenda..did u even know sowore is canceled in this protest sha
