Telles isn't that good defensively, so using him in a 4-2-3-1 formation against Mbappe isn't advisable.

To be fair, the last two Carabao matches Ighalo has played , he's been shit. Even Lingard played fantastic is those matches sef. Mata got to start in the weekend because Ole has seen that he still has something for him because of how he played in those Carabao games.

So let's just say Ighalo didn't take his chance, because if he did, OGS would have spare the fans the pain of seeing james on LW by playing Rashford on the LW and Ighalo as the CF.
