AmazonTopaz: You talk about ignoramus but you are ignorant on the fact that the party that has the executive branch always lose seats in the senate and house. There were more Republican seats up for reflection then. While they lose the house they increase the senate. The house draft the law... The senate confirms it. This year there are more democrats up for reflection so watch and see. 3 Likes 1 Share |

benalvino2:And why can't republiecons stick to their words?why deny Obama a supreme court justice and over 110 federal judges why did the republiecons stop Obama from appointing judges in his tenure.Only for them to pack the courts with wack judges after is that not court packing? There is no law preventing them from doing it so that there will be a balance in the courts. 2 Likes 1 Share |

benalvino2:Lol did you see the numbers they used in winning over 60 million votes in a midterm has that ever happened recently even during Obama's midterm was it ever like that?that goes to show you that the democrats learnt from 2016. The democrats will retain the house and take the senate .The blue Tsunami is coming. 1 Like |

AmazonTopaz: They did not deny him. Obama nominated a judge to fill the seat... The senate did not confirm it. Both sides play politics but if Republicans say no don't nominate on election year and Obama went ahead and do so and the senate did not confirm. Why will they stop trump? They have the senate they can confirm or don't confirm. But the nomination has to be made first just like Obama did. So no one should tell trump not to nominate 3 Likes 1 Share |

sanpipita: Victory for the Dogs, DemoCats and Ghosts whose votes may now no longer be suppressed, whose ballots will surely arrive late because they waited for the "Harvesters" to come and help them fill out and mail in the Forms. In this "Elections", the midnight farmer had long ceased to make any secret of his intention to steal his neighbour's yams. After they had had Ballot Forms mailed out universally, Leftards have sddenly lost their fear of Covid and have started lining up heavily to vote in-person (possible double voting?). Which means the agitation for Universal Mail-In Voting and Vote Harvesting had all along been for a motive other than the fear of infection. 2 Likes |

AmazonTopaz:The midterm is a vote based on multiple individuals. You can't lump all the votes together in different districts. Your premise or your information is wrong here. You need to know how midterm election works and if you know you would not have made such a ridiculous statement that they won midterm with 60million votes. Also a lie too. Can you show a credible source for those numbers and how they breakdown everything to give you that 60million figure 1 Like |

benalvino2:What did you just type? Did the senate even give Merick Garland a hearing?not to talk of confirmation. What you typed did it happen so why are you basing an hypothesis on what did not happen.Even Graham said we should hold his word for it did they keep it?your excuse is so lame and makes no point.Nah you know the GOP messed up so just stick to that instead of wanting to question the democrats if they wanna expand the courts they will and they should. The GOP is dishonest and will do anything to force their unpopular policies on Americans. 2 Likes 1 Share |

benalvino2:I know very well how the midterms elections work so don't be ignorant here while trying to form woke.If not for gerrymandering the GOP won't even be having a majority to begin with because many districts the democrats represent have more voting population than the GOP.Even the democrats with a minority in the senate got 15 million more votes than the majority GOP senators.I hope the democrats address this next year.I know how midterms works the democrats had a very good turnout in midterms not seen in recent years and were able to get 41 seats. The person you initially quoted talked about a poll and you quoted him by saying that he did not learn from 2016 when the polls were correct in 2018 and the democrats over performed at the polls |

AmazonTopaz: You are still making the mistake. You don't lump all midterm votes together and say democrats had 60million. That is just nonsense. Even the presidential election they don't lump all votes together which is why they have the electoral collage. If trump is know in 45 states with 10 people in each of the 45states and Biden is know in 5 states with 1000 people each in that 5 states. Who is more popular across the United States? It's trump. That's how the electoral collage works. You have to be more popular in each state or district to win that particular state/district. 1 Like |

pryme: Judge Roberts in PA case. supported the left leaning liberals. I'm wondering why people have to wait until after election day to vote. when they have had all the time. As a consequence the lower judge decision stays. Which is why a 9 jusge SC is needed Joe Biden has 600 lawfare lawyers to challenge every hook, nook and cranny of the Nov 3 elections. Meaning the eventual winner might be announced much later, Hillary adviced Joe not cede an inch. 2 Likes |

benalvino2:So what brought about the electoral college in this discuss?I know how it works so? So how exactly does this negate my points about democratic districts being more in population than the GOP?how does it also negate my point about gerrymandering by the corrupt GOP I will lump it if I want after all there is still something called the popular vote even if that is not how it works in America Ogbeni go and sit down if you are confused on how to counter my points. |

You are nor serious let the GOP stop crying foul and leave the democrats to do what they wanna do. 1 Like |

benalvino2:Liar liar pants on fire. The senate under Mitchell Mcconnell did not even give Obama's nomination a hearing not to talk of not confirming it. His excuse or justification was that the nomination was too close to the elections and that the responsibility of nominating a supreme Court judge should be left to the president who wins the next elections. 3 Likes 1 Share |

AmazonTopaz: Because more in population only gives you control to that particular area not the entire nation. If you know about the electoral collage you won't be saying such a thing. Newyork does not decide who the next president will be. The entire nation decides. Newyork does not decide who a senator or congress man will be in Texas... So you can't say dems got 60million more votes it's nonsense 1 Like |

He is the president till he is not the president. So why should trump not nominate? If obama agree with the GOP back then... How can you say someone failed an exam he was not allowed to sit for? Are you now insinuating that failure for senate to hear or screen a president's nomination is tantamount to rejecting the nomination? 3 Likes |

benalvino2: Your argument would have made sense if it was another party that made that their philosophy. But for the Republicans to believe you don't nominate a supreme Court judge in an election year when it doesn't favour to them, and then believe that it's the constitutional responsibility of the president to nominate a supreme Court judge, even in an election month because it now favours them, reeks of dishonesty and bad faith politics. 3 Likes 1 Share |
