if I fail my first or second driving test, when I travel to Canada with my Nigeria drivers license. Will it limit me from getting an instant full license
Is it a must to change my tires to winter tires every winter??, If I decide no to change tires during winter will I be illegal.

To start with, not may provinces care with a law on winter tires. Alberta does not have one.

Last year, I was late to change to winter tires because I was a bit busy. Just at the first snow fall, my car skidded terribly on the road but the good thing was that it on a lonely street and It was wide enough not to affect other parked cars. I carefully drove it back home, parked and took cabs till I had time to change the tires.

If you however have All Season Tires, they will hold on well; but if you are on the normal tires(summer tires)..just make sure you have AA or AMA numbers for possible towing. But why will anyone consider such?

All season tire do not actually hold on well..they become hard in the winter.
Now there is the all weather which is only slightly better than all season, but these do not also hold well when the temperature drops below -7 if one is not driving a SUV(with AWD) or truck.
Best bet is just to have winter on seperate spare of rims or do the rim change every winter.
It's not a must to have winter tires in some provinces. I don't know why the original poster wants to drive with regular all season tires in winter anyway. It's not worth the risk if one wants to avoid stories that touch.

At OP, failing a drivers test won't limit you from getting a full license. However you need to pass the knowledge and the driving exam to receive your license.

Manitoba gets lots of snow. You would likely get stuck in a snow dump. There would be some days when your all season tires with AWD would just spin plus dig dipper into the snow and not move an inch forward or backward.

Yes it is very possible, I know 2 persons who came in without their spouses and had to sponsor them. Their spouses have now gotten PPRs, one even landed prior to the lockdown.

They were married at the time of the application even with children and had applied as spouse unaccompanied, Their spouses had done all the medicals, criminality checks by way of police reports/clearance and they also showed POF for their exact number of family members(Spouses included).

You will still apply as married. You will be asked if your spouse is accompanying. When you say no, your points are calculated as if you were single. But remember that proof of fund and medicals and police report and everything will be done as if they were accompanying.
