1. I'd love to know if your facility assist foreign trained basic midwives who have passed IELTS exam and CBT test to secure jobs as pre-registered midwives in the UK?

2. If it doesn't, do you know of any agency that supports and recruits pre-registered midwives pending OSCE?

3. Most agencies seem to sponsor and recruit general nurses. Any idea on how to link with basic midwives' sponsors?

4. Where basic midwives find it difficult to be sponsored, can I apply for sponsorship as a general nurse using my 18months qualification in general nursing?

5. Will I be considered as a pre-registered nurse (having only 18months post basic nursing)?

I want to start my UK journey but I am not sure which IELTS to write. I heard nurses no longer need to write IELTS ukvi academic as long as they have IELTS academic or any other accepted English test. my question is how true is this?. I want to register for IELTS academic because I can take the test in my state and it is somehow cheaper. it I take IELTS academic, can I use it for visa immigration too or I will still have to write IELTS UKVI academic again..

I'm on my UK process and I am about to do my TB test, but I don't have offer with any trust or agency yet. Whose UK contact details should I put on the TB registration page where employers details (address, postcode, phone number) are asked?

Why are you doing TB test when you have no offer? The TB test must have employer name on it. They usually insist you tell them whom to direct it to.

It can't be totally true. If one agency refuses,try another .Currently,most prefer employing people already in UK because of the difficulty in travelling. It will ease with time.
