Fussion1000:Pos can be issued outside bank. Is opay pos from Bank? Or moneypoint, itex, quickteller, kolomoni, etc from banks Too? There are many branded pos out there that are not from banks 2 Likes 1 Share |

Fussion1000:Point of correction. You can buy pos outside bank. You can buy it just like you buy chewing gum or busquite. You can buy it and take to the bank to be linked to your account. You can buy it as a toy for your kids to be chooking their cards, but not linked to any account. Its just like buying a phone. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Angrydruids: Leave him. Even sef... Our banks have become corporate fronts for politicians. He thinks banks declare all these huge profits from legal transactions alone. |

Missionaire: I buy from the internet all the time and they have a verification process that includes text or phone calls before deduction... I suspect a close friend or relative copy your card and did this... Or a banker. Go to another branch, DM them on the bank Facebook page. Digital transaction can be traced that is why scammers only use wire-transfer or cryptocurrency. If you give up, you would lose. If you persist, the thief would return your money. Today na 2k, tomorrow ei fit be everything. |

Missionaire: POS are approved by said banks. They cannot do what you are suspecting them of doing without having you physical card pin code. So may be it's someone in your house. |

faceland: Baba... I have done all these. If you go through the thread, you'll discover more people with same experience. My card doesn't even have the Security sef (the 3 digit code at the back of the card. I don't know why nairaland is changing it to security). It was one of the reasons I haven't used it for any online transactions. I only used my ECO account. And it's 17,210 naira not 2k. |

POS business to me shouldn't even exist if Nigeria was a good country.... It's so easy to perpetrate these evil acts... |

nedekid: Lol leave... Go to AliExpress... You go see android pos tire... And integrating it shouldn't be a problem... The thing is it's not always easy to trace to them... Since it won't be instant 1 Like |
