I have like 8 names unattended to since last month and they rejected 6 names this morning I was shocked!

They initially increased my submission from five to seven also after I had two unregistered names approved in a day, I submitted seven names, they bounced 5!

You can submit unregistered brandable names on squadhelp. If the name is good enough by their standard, they register the names and bear the burden of renewals while you earn about 20-25 percent of the sales price when the domain sells....
If you have the money, you can register the domains yourself and submit to them for review, but note, this would cost you one SH coin which is one dollar, but in this case, you take the lion share when the name sells.

I have rockfordarearealtors//king trying to pitch to the ower of rockfordarearealtors//net got their email addresses from the site, sent them several mails and follow ups since March but not a single response. Is there anything I am doing wrong?

End users are the most likely users who would benefit from your domain. In this case the domain must represent a product or service related to the end users own. You can easily find end users by typing your domain name into Google.com, bing.com, hotbot.com, domainero.com....

All these would display relevant companies using your keyword in your website. You can then go to whois.com and input their website name to get their details or you go to hunter.io to get Decision makers email. You then send an email to them. And Viola if interested they would contact you asap

I think this might be true. My name that was approved yesterday already has a contest love already. Infact it was immediate I approved it for publishing that the contest like showed. Makes me wonder when it was submitted.
