Continued protest and open defiance of the curfew will serve no purpose whatsoever.

It's not going to change a damn thing.

It will only lead to more loss of life and more violence.

It's time to end this

If sister Aisha and Falz are no longer strong, they should allow others carry on the mantle. Don't quench the fire because you can't move on for whatever reason.

I think you all said we need a revolution in Nigeria? The revolution has not even started and people are already scared.

The motivation needed. They are what many could never be. They could get killed and the know that yet they are at the front. Don't ask us that kind of question again. You who you be?

A curfew is in force....... Unfortunately if people don't go home, they should blame themselves........

I always said, not having a leadership structure for this protest, would devalue it's essence...........

No. I agree with Falz, and he is not lily-livered as you proclaimed. In fact, he is the true son of his father.

Do not forget that he is among the few Nigerian Artists that have been singing for a better Nigeria ever before this protest began.

Victory is not yet at sight but the right strategy would ensure that without providing any opportunity for bloodshed. The curfew should be obeyed for now, so that the protests can remain within the ambit of the law. The spirit of the protest can not be killed. Because Nigerian Youths truly deserve a better country.

FG claimed to be working speedily on the 5-Point demand already, so let's continue to put them on their toes via online platforms, while we watch if they would be true to their words this time. Meanwhile, the youths are not the only one involved in this. Superpowers like US and UK are keenly observing the situation.

--Mr President should please address the nation as a matter of urgency.
--State Govs and state commissioners of police should go to the different protest sites in their states, address the protesters, negotiate a date and venue for a town hall meeting, urge protesters to organize themselves and appoint spokesmen/women as well as document all their demands.
--Our dear protesters, please it is time to get organised. If we ask questions then we must allow the govt to answer. The goal is not to protest and fight forever.Infact it may be more effective to step back, assess the impact so far and restrategize for a more effective protest.
--Please organize this movement, get spokesmen/women, make it easy for our leaders to come out and negotiate by fixing a date and venue for town hall meetings, let's discuss and document all demands and prepare to talk. By organising the movement, we can avoid hijacking and infiltration by thugs.
--In the town hall meeting, the spokespersons will articulate the demands, the govt will consider them and highlight what is possible and where they may have challenges. The goal is to reach a consensus between the govt and protesters. Finally a working document should be drafted with appropriate timelines.
--The state governors should then have a meeting with the Federal government, harmonize the demands from the various state town hall meetings and put modalities in motion for TRANSPARENT implementation.
--If possible, the youths can even adopt a vision that will leverage on the current solidarity to forge a massive political alliance in form of a party that will decide who will lead this nation in future. But, to achieve this we must organize ourselves at a national level and come together.

Mr Braveheart , we appreciate your support in the protest since the inception which has been from the comfort of your bed, making comments on nairaland and probably other social media.

Kiindly leave your phone, head to lekki, go and lead the protest and show the cowards you're referring to how lilly livered they are.

You should lead by example, you know.
