You are 100% correct, it is not a matter of speculation. Every Governor is sponsoring the sabotage of the protest, but when they invite Buhari/Buratai into the matter, their own done be. I believe other Governors will learn from this and find ways to die the protest without involving Army. Okowa has been buying out every protest group in Delta.
