This is the second complaint about 9mobile incompatibility with that phone and I am not understanding.

This complain is similar to another one here about 9mobile and Redmi 9C. He should do any pending update first and see if the situation changes.

It would be weird if 9mobile is incompatible with the device.

Maybe the sim is set to 4g. Try Change to 3g or 2g and try making Call

I noticed recently that my phone takes longer time than usual to charge, using more than 3 hours to charge from 0% to 45%, and the mouth of the charger seems hot than normal, what could be wrong? Device is redmi note 7. Thanks

There are three things involved ;
1. Your charging port has gone bad OR
2. Your charging board has gone bad(that small board that the charging port is usually located/placed)
3. Your charger is bad

1. Bad Charger or Bad USB Cord. Test with other Chargers to verify.
2. Clean your Charging port with a broom stick for dirt's.
3. It can also be your battery, how long does you battery last also check to ensure your battery is not swelling.
4. Charging Port or Charging board.
