You choose to become my enemy. I never made u my enemy. If u prefer to stay that way it's your choice not mine.

Eph doesn't agree with my views but I still accord him that respect Cox he acts mature. I have never insulted him . Have I? I cc'd Doc2 outta respect but he bluntly made it known that I act like a troll. I gave Qute a mention and he insulted me.
So I should still try to have conversations with them? I was having banters with u but you gave me the "K" treatment and started throwing side jabs at me.
Truth is, most of the peeps here act like demigods. U want to be respected but u act like u run a cabal. Fvck that shit. None of us own shares at the club. We are just mere fans and the players do not know any one of us.

Voting for the wrong person is not a crime and is not a sin. We should channel the aggression in the right direction. The electorate is not responsible for the transgressions of the elected.
Well it's their choice and one thing with choices is living with the consequences like we are doing now. We can't change the past but I believe we've learnt a bitter lesson going forward.

There are people who don't like to be happy. It is always one issue or the other with them.

Right now i am more interested in enjoying our unexpected win. Football victories are to be savored.

Martial will bounce back soon...He was brilliant in patches yesterday and benefitted from the introduction of Pogba.

If only we can combine McTominay and Fred into one then we can fully deploy the diamond formation with Pogba and VDB as wide CMs...

My issue with the initial post is cursing people for voting for Buhari. Nobody knows tomorrow so you can never know what someone running for office will do when he gets into office.

Many voted for him because of his campaign manifesto and promises. They believed him but he swindled them so why are they being attacked?

Castigating people for voting for Buhari is ridiculous. And i am not sure what lesson has been learnt in that particular scenario. You can vote for a saint in the next election and he gets into office and becomes a devil. These things happen.

All the vitriol should be directed at the people who have duped and continued to dupe the Nigerian people. We have to try to retain some logic in our protests.

It's totally ok to disagree and debate and have divergent opinions and stuff but to start insults over trivial issues is what I don't get. It's ok though, peace is being made.

When playing 4-4-2 we can play McTom at the base, Fred and Pogba on both sides with Bruno at the apex. VDB can be our quality sub off the bench.

Martial had some really good hold up play in the game and he linked up really well. But he has to be more aggressive in his movements in the box or else a fit Cavani will take his place.

I think the most significant thing that happened yesterday was Tuanzebe delivering a world class performance after almost 1 year out and what questions that raises for the Maguire/Lindelof combination.

Tuanzebe was excellent to think he hasn't been involved in a competitive game for that long. Personally, I rather have us set us same way against Chelsea with same personnel as I don't want Maguire jumping straight back into the team. Lindelof is faster and releases the ball quicker than Maguire who's play can be very annoying...Realistically, I know Maguire will walk back into the team.

Since Chelsea are dangerous when they attack from the left, we will need a fast LCB and that's Tuanzebe.

As an aside, what's up with Mengi and Greenwood?

Recycling of all these old men who have been in power for ages is one that the youths don't want anymore. Another important factor in Nigeria is we vote based on sentiments and unless this mentality changes, we might not get it right.

Greenwood is being punished silently by the club is the word on the street. Turning up late for training and partying.

Mengi is being introduced cautiously i believe. This is the wrong time to introduce an 18 yr old into a shaky defence. For example if Mengi had been part of that 6-1 Spurs debacle it could have shattered his confidence. I would give him a few months to develop further and then introduce him when things are more stable.

@Bolded

Good. Better they clip his wings now before they grow into a full sized dragon that can't be tamed.
If greenwood does not succeed under Ole, I don't know any other coach he will succeed under.
Ole knows how to protect his players. So if you con f*ck up, that means you really f*ked up

Even with Maguire we would have conceded goals. The highline we played allowed us to compress the field and compete better in midfield. That highline would have been suicidal if it had been Maguire instead of Tuanzebe chasing Mbappe .

I won't throw a player under the bridge just because of some patches though they're exception to this especially the "doctors", always in the sick bay towards the end of a season and at the beginning of another.

Martial will still come good I believe but his position is at stake right now. A fit Cavani will welcome the position with full blown smile.

I've to like Timay's post on Greenwood. If he no grow under Olè I doubt if another coach go fit manage am.

This theory no make sense. Tinubu has no direct or indirect stake in LCC (owner of Lekki Toll gate). Very possible that the presidency decided to use the military, and Sanwo had no choice but to declare a curfew with the hope that people would leave the streets. Also, I will blame Tinubu just because he allowed this sh1t to happen in Lagos (his backyard).

This is not about money, he does not get a dime from the tolls.
Maybe you are right. Like I said, it’s just a theory.

But just like you said Tinubu allowed this happen. There is no way such an event will happen in Lagos state and Tinubu will not know before it happened, especially since the massacre was planned. Since he allowed this to happen, then he is guilty of genocide.
