Try phone and extracting their mail via snov/io . If both fail, move on. That company can’t be the only potential buyer.

Well, IMHO, there is nothing to be corrected. You quoted your price based on your personal needs, circumstances, goals, and valuation system.

Strange things happen in this space. Sometimes, we deal with business pros, not just naive end users. These pros have perfected the art of mind games. I am not saying this is what he is doing, but things like this sometimes happen to push the seller into a tight corner of huge discount.

You may have already finished outbounding to the few prospects you saw online. Set up a sales page with a BIN on it, pray and face other names.
