I don't think the grunting noises are anything to worry about as long as she's not in pain; maybe she just discovered she can make the sound and is enjoying it lol

We're currently not in the town where I delivered so I'm wondering if it's compulsory to go for it.

Sorry baby. Sorry Mama. It is never a good thing for babies to fall on their head. This can lead to a brain injury (TBI). The consequences may not be felt now. But now is the time to take action and not when symptoms begin to appear because by then it will be too late and expensive for fast and easy results.
We can offer hyperbaric oxygen therapy hbot as this is one way out of the situation. And there may be no other way than to observe. Then after observation what can they do to a TBI? NOTHING but to offer antidotes.
Note: In this type of problem nothing works better than HBOT. Find out yourself.

If he is sleeping normally he should be fine, but monitor him sha

Next time you have a fall (kids fall, don't blame yourself) use an icepack on the spot (you can use blocked pure water if you don't have an ice pack) and give PCM. Mums should always have ice in the freezer especially when you have toddlers

Depends on your method of delivery. If it was vaginal did you have an epi/tear? is it well healed? Is your lochia still coming out? If it's CS is your incision healing well? Are you still feeling pain?

If you're not feeling any pain and you're feeling 100% you may not need to go

The other purpose of the appointment is FP so you may need to self research that if you have plans to space your children

kids fall all time,you have given him paracetamol, stop giving him except he has fever,he is fine,there will be no side effect.

awww, sorry about the fall. its a parents worst nightmare...hard to tell if any damage was done, and if temprorary or permanent. healthcare is shitty in this country, to even diagnose if damage was born na wahala, b4 you talk of treating the damage, i pray he is ok. did he fall headlong, face down or face up?
going forward, if you can afford it, look into buying baby bed fence, its a bit pricey..but worth it..or getting a local welder or carpenter or your hubby to construct something similar

He is 5months old that's why am so worried,no swelling on his head.
The fall was really hard from a high bed,the way I heard GBIM from a distance my heart skipped and the way he cried changed his voice.

Feeding and sleeping is normal.
