There has been a lot of claims about misinformation regarding the lekki toll shooting.

If you have any evidence of the military directly shooting at protesters(not in the air) at the lekki toll gate, kindly post here.

why should military shoot live bullet on protesters even in air

if you watch the video...the soldiers guns were at 90 degree which it is possible for stray bullet to meet anyone.....

if you can't condemn the genocide then don't mind the dead and those that got injured

Yes true. Teargas could have been deployed first.
But then shooting directly is miles different from shooting in the air. And it's on the belief of shooting directly that the arson that happened the next day took place

The question is this, must Military shoot in the first instance n if at all must u shot in the dark that the visibility is not clear?
And the chances of stray bullets is more than 70%.

I could remember in 2004 when I was working in Island policemen that follow money shot around Ago Tawa in Idumota n hit innocent girl in Ebute Ero

Everyone saw the video, showing the soldiers from behind. They shot up, not directly at protesters, although it's just a few seconds clip, their aim could have changed later, then even shooting up doesn't stop pullet from hitting people eventually.

There are many controversial moments in the video. But I'm still angry that Lagos government could keep Covid palliatives for that long.

That video of 4 soldiers shooting up and approaching the crowd was after they shot into the crowd. That was just an attempt at damage control.
