What stopped them from barricading that warehouse and demanding that the government disburse the palliatives NOW? At least that way, it will go around. By looting, all the akobo residents become rich overnight while poor souls all over Oyo State have their bellies rumbling in hunger.

The one that happened in lagos state yesterday was pathetic and troubling on a monumental greed level. One woman has almost 10 bags of rice and so many cartons of indomie, salt,spaghetti and all... Enough to start a provision store. She did all these without even bothering about those other parts of lagos that the poor dwell. She took their share yesterday and was thanking God for it too.

Face it babe, the average Nigerian is nothing but a greed soaked mudafvcker. Na only chance dey dull some people

IF that warehouse was barricaded and makinde was in public glare, youth leaders and the community would be involved in the sharing formula. That way,it gets around. Looting gives just ONE portion of the people access and it is wrong. Even if you are going to take shiit, why not appoint youth leaders who will make sure, a family takes just ONCE,not like a free for all where greed is the order of the day.

Most of the rebagging is done when distributing to people who need them in 10kg portions so more people have access to the goods.
