They deducted my #500 airtime yesterday. Those guys are criminal

Yesterday, when I checked my balance i saw my airtime added with 1k and my balance was 224naira.
I didn't used the airtime and all my former balance was taken.
Please who also faced this?

I didn't use the 1k so they only deducted my airtime once after taking back the 1k.

you can complain to them directly by calling 111, then press 2, press 4, 4 again and then 9
