Some of us don't care if it's fake or not, we're just happy it's a government owned building and not private building.

Do not go past d mark u aimed for: in victory learn wen to stop.
D moment of victory is often d moment of greatest peril. In d heat of victory, arrogance, overconfidence can push u pass d goal u had aimed for, and by going too far, u make more enemies than u defeat. Do not allow success to get to ur head. There is no substitude for strategy and careful planning. Set a goal n wen u reach it, STOP.

My advice to my fellow Nigerian youth.

this same govr went on national TV and cry, telling the people that he wish he had money to ease their sufferings, this was when he gave vague tax relief to small businesses in the state.
but as am talking to u, taxes r being paid. ticket guys full road dey sell tickets to taxis.
don't know about markets like Etim edem, watt and Marian markets whether they r collecting daily levies...
what is happening in the country is bottled up anger and frustration caused by those we elected to serve us but instead turned the citizens to servants. impunity all across board.

It's clearly the never do well in the society are the ones involve in these arson. You're angry at police brutality and you've become more brutal yourselves by burning and looting everywhere. At this juncture, government should quickly criminalize arson with a proper legislation with a very stiff penalty. This is crazy, these wanton destruction must stop. I feel so sorry for everyone this has affected their daily meals. At the end of the day, the followers seem worse than the leaders.

This is the opportunity to build Dubai and first class structures in Biafraland.

Nigeria will never remain the same again, it is better the vegetative senile braindead in Aso rock resolve all the entangled issues, before it goes beyond this, instead of our south political leaders should team up and fight for us, they are like grave yard, our leaders is our problem, nothing is happening in the north, definitely it is just the south that want good governance.

You are wonderful indeed! You want a good governance in the south and burning down everything you've got is how you're going to get it. You can use all the negative adjectives in the world to describe your president, that doesn't erase the fact that Southerners are dumber than they would like to admit.

Hmmm! I thought some people mentioned that it's only in Lagos Properties were destroyed as it's no more a Protest but a premeditated attacks planned by some Politicians against another Politician ...Well in as much as I do not support Property Destruction but a Peaceful Protest ,We should face reality and shun Politicizing every Events .God restored Peace in Nigeria again .

He doesn't have the capacity to do any such thing. He needs to step aside. He has been a disgrace from day one and was always going to be. I just hope that all the morons who voted for him, all the lost people who advocated for him do some soul searching and accept that they also need to fix themselves.

Forget about houses and cars. They can always be bought or built. Humanity is all that matters. The function of government is to advance society. If society is decaying, degenerating and being systematically destroyed then governments have failed and houses and cars no longer matter. What has been lost to the riots is insignificant, totally miniscule compared to what Nigeria has lost in over 60 years of decay.

I choose to look at the big picture and ignore the emotional blackmail of those who want things to continue as they are. Nigeria, they should realise is not just sustainable. If things don't begin to truly change from now. The next angst will !be much, much worse. No one will talk about vehicles, businesses and properties then.

There are far too many people in Nigeria on the fringes of society who consider themselves desperate enough to do anything. We should all be concerned about that and stop creating bubbles of false security and islands of deceptive peace.

It is time for those who call themselves leaders to head to libraries to study the evolution of nations and the advancement of humanity because the things they thought could never happen in ours could be in the offing.
