I quite agree with you...we should all hold our leaders accountable and responsible. No progress can occur in any state, region, or nation if each does not hold its leaders accountable for the resources allocated to it.

That's the only way forward. Even if Nigeria splits into the 36 states of the federation and Abuja as individual nations, each will end up worse than South Sudan or Libya if the people don't hold their leaders accountable for the way their resources are used.
