The man and child depict the face of extreme poverty.

Maybe no one at home to mind the child and his share he must get

hmm

I see a poverty induced psychological mindset. The father is creating/ inducing a wrong mentality into that child which will 'tell' on his future

The father took his son t show him an evidence of how the government has failed woefully by hoarding food meant for him.

This is the Nigeria our leaders created!

Do you think it pleases the man to live like this

It's a man that is well fed that thinks about legacy

If Buhari had, had encounter with education, Abraham Maslow would have taught him that!!!

This is interesting! Can you please post this chart again and break it down in layman terms? Thanks bro.
I have inserted another picture which is self explanatory

Man's basic needs from the bottom to the top, the first thing that comes to mind is survival!!!

I hope this helps

I totally disagree with this

Why not go alone

We should be mindful of our actions and inaction

what's the difference between the child going with his father and the father going alone and still bringing the food at home and telling the child how he came about the food?

The way we conclude on things we know nothing of still amazes me undecided undecided

What if the son was with him the moment the warehouse was discovered, where you expecting him to go back home and drop the kid then come back for his palliative abi you were expecting him to hand the kid over to a stranger or rather tell the kid to wait for him at a corner all in the name that he will be creating a bad notion on the kid..

Looking from the positive aspect of it, the boy needs to learn how to struggle in order to survive in this country.. Everything is not all shades of negativity..

When he grows up, he is going to be a looter like his father.

The father is a bad role model for his son.

You don't need a prophet to tell you he is a yoruba man.

See his head, see his shapes and that of his son.
