It seems like the Op doesn't have a sense of reasoning, the word "loot" is a wrong choice of word, you can use it for hoodlums who broke into people shops and rubbed them clean but not for people on the street who were denied their palliatives , their entitlement, their rights when it was needed the most only to be tagged birthday gift etc after 7 months of hunger. I was able to live comfortable during those hard months, what about the families that suffered due to decisions made by some useless APC governors, weaponising poverty and convincing the poor that they are doing them a favour by distributing palliatives during election.
