One thing that is certain is that this nation can never be better without some degree of violence, either the leaders beating the populace to their knees through a kinda authoritarian or dictatorship system or the citizens beating the leaders to their knees through a kinda revolt against the system, either ways, lives would be lost, properties destroyed, then the leftover rising from its ashes. I've never seen a nation developed without any of the above happening, and Nigeria won't be an exception. I just pray, we have all learnt from the event of the past 3weeks, most especially the rulers, for if nothing is learnt, a repeat will leave so much sour taste in the tongue of all. |

SUCKCESSFUL: Stop it! So na Buhari hoard palliatives for warehouses? If those foodstuffs were in circulation, the prices of food won't have increased. |

lagonovo:This is a major problem with our people. We love inflicting pains on each other and we don't give a damn about accountability and citizen responsibility. US Dollar to Naira will go up and groundnut seller will increase price - is he importing groundnut from Chicago?? Newsflash Nigerians young and old - the leaders and the government are all from your hoods! You are the government. *A friend wanted to contest election not too long ago, his fellow youths billed him, the women group billed him, the party elders billed him... even his neighbors billed him and it's pay or forget it. Yet they know that this is a trusted man with excellent track record of community oriented activities all his life. Still he didn't win because someone paid more during the main election. Now you are blaming government for the fruits of your electoral and citizenship 'labour'? Most of your elected officials only did business with you and they are more concerned about their dividends. When are we going to be honest with each other? 5 Likes 2 Shares |

SalamRushdie: EndSARS has nothing to do with Inflation. Inflation is caused by economic forces of demand and supply or it could be monetary induced. That EndSARS disrupted movement is not the reason for the increase in prices. For example, the price of Tomato Paste has being on a steady rise for the past one year and it is due to market forces |

SalamRushdie: Small brain you say. I'll have you know my brain is bigger than my balls. And they are huge. America went through the same phase so how come the is not the same societally and economically? It means there are deeper issues your infantile mind cannot grasp. Hence the reason you all are suffering. |

Nigsrdumb:More reason why the rulers should learn more from it and try as much as possible to change the way things are. I listened to a woman on Arise TV, Erelu of Lagos or something, and Ita Giwa of Cross River today, it seems amongst the elites that has been commenting on the events, only those are able to get what the situation is all about. Others are still beating about the bush on whom to blame, the worst of it all are the so called influencers, govt shouldn't give any influencer PR job to change the narrative of the event for now. They are causing more harm than good. |

capitalzero:like I said time and time again! youths will only go on to destruction unless they are misled, misinformed, manipulated to become a rebellion by persons who are affined to the theory destruction.in this case the youths were misinformed, manipulated and ramped up to carry out unforetold destruction by yeyebrities, ipob nuisance and a whole lot of hoodlums. and as such we are here counting our losses due to the madness of youthful ignorance. and not only that we now have ethnoviolenc to contain as well. |
