State of emergency should be declared on education and there should be a form of Moral Training in our curriculum from basic to tertiary level. The Moral Training should not just be for passing sake, it should be at all levels, basics to sec to 100 to final year, PhD inclusive and should have a maximum or high course unit.
Education upto tertiary should be compulsory and free, but with a kinda tax increase to cover for it.
