He was not at the scene when the shooting started and couldn't have affirm or disprove there were dead bodies. He only came to the scene, picked the injured to and fro.

The only thing that can set the records straight is the CCTV footage Sanwoolu has promised to release. Aside that, we will all just be postulating theories and making conjectures like trying to understand how shots fired in the air ended up leaving scores injured, why the army allowed protesters drop bodies at their feet without making arrests etc.

DJSwitch had live video running for over one hour and didn't show one dead body. Seeing someone lieing on the ground from a distance, you could easily thinks it's a dead body when it's an injured person. This guy is responsible for evacuating most of the injured and the fact he evacuated 13 people and none died is consistent with low impact wounds from falling bullets.
