I have never been to Tz. But the multiple reports I have read suggests so.

If you haven't, talk to any honest Tanzanian that lives in Kenya and ask them about life in Tanzania vs Kenya. Ask them to compare cities such as Nairobi vs Dar, Kisumu vs Mwanza, Nakuru vs Arusha and you'll see.
