So I tried to buy a domain name (my first at netsol). Opted to use PayPal. I was getting one kind payment errors like that. Changed sim to glo and it worked ($2.95, and no promo code).

The name has been registered. I checked whois, and I see my info there. But no confirmation email yet from netsol. No email from PayPal about the payment.
Is this normal?

please I saw somewhere that in order to sell a domain bought from another site, you have to change the previous link to the new site's link you want to sell on, is this still the process?

I guess you're talking about changing DNS (nameservers).
You would need to change your domain's nameservers to that of the marketplace where you intend to sell it.
For names registered at epik, you don't have to change nameservers as they have a marketplace.
