Please is there any need for me to include in my introduction letter that I overstayed my last trip due to the covid though I came home with the first evacuation plane and my passport was stamped without any issue

The range.
For Masters, will 1 million be ok for a year?.
Since there is no tuition (UKZN).

Just apply for a recall if you've sent multiple reminders and no feedback was provided.

Unless you don't have any use for it yet then you can let it chill with the embassy until you do.

Recall should take between 48-72hrs for your passport to be ready for pickup.

The embassy just wicked ni sha. The least they could have done is process the pending applications during lockdown and release the passport to their owners now but ofcourse, everyone takes Nigerians for granted. sad

Go to VFS with the copy of passport that was stamped and youd be given a recall form to fill.

Like I said, this is a last resort if you need your passport for another purpose but before you do it, make sure you have disturbed them with enough mails

Hmmmm, this may not be enough for one month unless he wants to get cheap houses in the inner city areas which may not necessarily be safe.

Then you add electricity and water fees

Then food

If this is your first south Africa Visa application, then I suggest that you exercise patience. The new normal for first time applicants is that the application takes about 4 months. Bear in mind that from March to September, the Embassy was closed. So you can't count that period as part of the waiting time.

Guys, must one submit his own personal bank statement if a company is sponsoring the training? The company’s bank statement was submitted.

Not necessary but ensure you get a letter of introduction from the company also stating that they are paying for the trip expense (preferably on the company letter head).

It's not a biggie to present your statement of account too if it is sufficiently funded.

Hi Guys,

Does VFS Lagos still require that you book an appointment before submitting, or one can just walk in and submit?
