Let's examine your comment one by one: The Nigerian army is guilty, that is undeniable but a protest is no longer peaceful when you start blocking major roads. Even in advanced countries the forces are brought out to regain order. In advanced countries they usually use dialog or tear gas but since Nigeria is a zoo, people must die.

You said you had hope that the EndSars protest would bring a better Nigeria.....This is similar to someone licking sugar while suffering. Nothing short of a violent revolution can change Nigeria for the better, 2-5-10-60-100-200 people died and people are shouting massacre, do you know how many people died in the Biafran war? Do you know how many people died in the war between Akintola and Awolowo? Revolutions are almost always BLOODY, we never ready for true change in this country, when we start seeing 10,000 killed, 50,000 burnt etc, then we are ready for a true revolution. For now let's just pretend these protests and looting is actually doing some good because reality is a lot harder to face!

I just hope this matter would remain on the front burner till these evil perpetrators are exposed at the least.

Whatever the case is, there are people that will believe there was massacre at the toll gate. The way they even argue, they have no evidence, they are not even saying lets wait and see evidence, No, they believe absolutely. Now, as far as i am concerned, i have not seen ANY COMPELLING Evidence that shows Soldiers shot guns directly at protesters. There are evidences of shooting in the air, there are evidences of stampede, there is evidence of two people dying a day after and two days after at the hospital, the first one is blunt force trauma to the head and not gunshot. The second one, cause of death, i don't know. Yes, we know the Govt is corrupt, yes we know police and everyone in position of authority will oppress others with that authority, however, lies are lies and it is safe to stay neutral until we see evidence. Conclusively, i will not vouch for our military, but it is hard for me to believe not one person, but a group of soldiers of the Nigerian army will collectively go to a protest ground where civilians are protesting and open fire on them just like that. I need proof. Also, i ask, how come there are fake pictures of killings, bodies, etc all over the place? Someone or a group is responsible for putting those out right?
