Close at 5.70 after hitting 5.80 is sign of pullback. Should close with a Marubuzo if there is stronger momentum. MIGHT still get above 6.0 but steam don finish. Will pullback pretty soon

locodemy:

When a stock moves from a lower price to a higher price and even traded volumes at 5.80 before closing at 5.70.Pullback will come around 6.30 region

So I did an extensive analysis yesterday and found out a certain coy in a certain sector that holds IMMENSE VALUE !!

On the surface, those who look to focus only on earnings delivery(NPM in view) without a deep consideration of other very key valuation metrics will probably not see the huge potential therein.
I look @ the coys financial print(last 3 quarters in view), and I see some similarities with the drive for VALUE like that of WAPCO and NEIMETH in recent times.
...inherent REWARD is by far, way ahead of the combination of surrounding RISK and current asset PRICE !!

Using a fine blend of appropriate valuation models which incorporates a high risk premium, there's a strong chance that the said coy can deliver over 115% ROI in the short to mid-term and near 170% looking past the mid-term horizon or should there be a possible buy out.
With the said asset, the probability of a +ROI play is already near 1.

It is well.
currentprice:
Thank u for pointing out GSK but for me and my household it's a no no stock.

in my own opinion it an over valued stock based on earnings but fairly priced at CP when considered other valuation metrics.

earnings growth rate at less than 5%, peg of 2.3, forward ROE of 6.4 and other valuation model doesn't look excellent to me when compare to other stock in the mkt. no doubt the stock will move based on the bull mkt and sentiment behind pharmaceutical company or possible buy out as u said

I dont do Hope

grin grin grin

U are welcome bro !!

Now let me tell u the very same thing I told @rebakah when he had doubt after I recommended NEIMETH @37-39k then.
Hear this;
Before u or any other doubter will see what I am seeing in GSK, the price would've headed past its YtD high of N8.60 and push towards N11.70... it's FVE, using a mix of key valuation metrics that seeks a conservative reward margin but factors in a high risk premium !!

U no go see am. wink cheesy grin ...the reason I mentioned the part in bold.(see post above)
I would've put out a few of my valuation models to spot HIDDEN VALUE, but I don't want to do a long epistle. wink cheesy grin
It's just like NEIMETH and WAPCO when we called for a buy in it. ...those who were only looking at the surface couldn't see it then, until now.

Bull or NO bull, GSK is a very strong BUY @ the current mkt price. ...infact, accumulate !!
I like when people have doubts though. ...I even inculcate it in my strategic play with positioning. wink cheesy grin
I will remind u of this post on the day of reckoning.

Btw, we also hold other great coys.

Pfas are moving from tbill to stock and are ready to buy any good stock at any amount. This is good news for those that were in the market some months before now.
The bad news is that when they dump a stock(they always have insider info), the drop is always massive.
Don't get carried away, keep your eyes open.

If GSK would be driven by Merger/Acquisition, which company would be buying it or merging with it?

Recall that last year, they hinted at contracting the manufacturing of some of their products to a local rival, and specifically picked Fidson for this purpose slated for 2021.

Despite its slow motion, Expect that one that closed on 2.29 to soon get to 3.5. High 'in'fidelity.
This is a buy recommendation. But buy with sense. Don't come crying if expectations are not fully met.

Recall that last year, they hinted at contracting the manufacturing of some of their products to a local rival, and specifically picked Fidson for this purpose slated for 2021.

Of course, the parent company could decide to buy-out minority holders.
However, my recommendation was strictly based on fundamental analysis.(a deep one though)
With GSK(like NEIMETH back then), only the discerning eyes can see the HIDDEN VALUE !! wink cheesy grin

But if an acquisition/buy-out does happen, then all the better !! ...GSK as I stated here back then, is also on the list of possible candidate/target.
Whatever happens(value proposition through fundamentals or buy-out), it'll most likely be @ a GREAT PREMIUM from the current mkt price.
As I said before, the present mkt price is by far, way too cheap !! Feasible REWARD is clearly making a mockery of risk(RR in view)
If the coy were to be selling for N11.70 or an 8-10.5% discount from that price, then we could begin to attach an intrinsic peg to it, but which(compared to peers) would even still be underpriced.(don't know if u understood this line bro)

I can't fit shout !! wink cheesy grin

It is well.

This is might be the best time to buy Access Bank for capital appreciation. It has had the poorest run in the banking sector in terms of upward price move. Did N12 @ 52wks high.
