it is high time the government turn our prisons to vocational centers where the inmates go to get vocational skills and use them to do various government mason jobs for free for them instead of them to waste that time of their lives away like that and coming back to unleash mayhem to the citi3ens again thereby making the last deception be worse than the first deception. Correctional centres do not correct the inmates. Rather they make them worse criminals. To reduce crimes, why people commit crimes must be understood. We need more of sociologists, psychologists, psychiatrists, criminologists, skilled workers as staff in correctional centres if we actually want to correct inmates .

The only way to reduce crime is death sentence for a properly tried and properly convicted criminal with evidence beyond all reasonable doubt. The threat of death and execution is the only thing that can deter a criminal frol murder because the repercussion is his or her own life too.
