Please what could be the reason why my redmi note 9 pro not charging fast , i have been charging the phone for almost five hours now and it's just @ 70% ......I just bought it last week
Re-connect cable on both ends and ensure it fits perfectly.
2. Blow air into the ports of the charger and the phone.
3. Reconnect the charger to another power source. If the aforementioned doesn't fix it, try another good cable and if still same, maybe you need a change of adaptor!

Please house. What could be d cause of quick drain of my battery at time?
Sometimes, my battery will act very strong. And sometimes it'll drain fast.
Yesterday it drain at 9% per hour of SOT
And today, despite browsing on 4G and playing music through my speaker, it drain at 3% per hour.
What could be the cause .

1st pix shows about 9% per hour.
2nd pix shows 3% per hour with higher usage

Hope you know that battery is being used when your phone is on standby?

You're using 2 SIMs and probably have Sync on.

It's the network, if unstable it tries to search for better reception hence using more power.
More power, more heat produced, more battery drainage.

You are left with Redmi 9A, Redmi 8A and 2/32GB Redmi 9C but 3k added to that can snatch you a 3/64GB Redmi 9C

Back them up somewhere else.

I thought someone once suggested returning the phone to where you bought it.

Have you tried updating your phone to see if it rectifies it?

There is no perfect assembly line.

remove the phone and the charger from the power source, then press the power button for like 15secs till it reboots, then you can plug it back

That another user, I was the one told to return my phone, and I'm waiting to see if the problem would persist; I'm giving the phone the space of a week.

The only feature I was expecting them to get rid off is the Camera not completely full screen (1st image)

Then the annoying Google AdSense on Factory apps like music app etc (2,3&4 image)
