Just to understand something. If your employers were sponsoring you, did you attach their bank statements? Any letter corroborating that from your HR department attached? Isn't it contradictory that you also plan to 3k pounds on an all expense paid trip? kaampe1: 1 Like |

Hello house please i have several questions that i need answered for a friend who's looking to travel with her husband and 3 kids for the coming Easter holiday 2021. She doesn't want to use an agent and came to me for help but my problem is that when i applied in 2018 for a UK visa, i applied as a single so i don't really know how to assist her with their family visa applications. Q1.. Are their applications supposed to be filled individually or is there a link for dependents. Q2.. I f her husband chooses to pay for prime time appointment, assisted service and express courier does he have to pay for all 5? (their oldest is about 11 years) I remember reading here where it was suggested to a lady who couldn't book for her 6 months old son to take her son along with her to the TLS centre and explain to them there. Can they do the same? Q3.. I suggested to my friend who is a seamstress to include her statement of account and if possible her business lease agreement and also her children's school fees receipts, school admission letters in addition to her children's birth certificates, i hope i advised right? Q4..Do airlines do reduced airfares for kids cos i looked at ticket fares for 2021 easter period and they charged kids same as adults and the prices are not Happy Hour oo!!! lol! Q5..Is 2,140,000 too much for a family of 5 to spend on a family trip to London for a week.(they have no invite, they'll book accommodation throughout their entire stay. (one week). Her Husband has a good job and hes been at it for about 8 years now. I know I'm asking a lot of questions but id appreciate it if i get authentic answers so as to assist her properly. Thanks in anticipation |

kaampe1:Sorry about ur refusal. What I got out of the refusal. 1. U intended to spend 3k pounds on a holiday when ur disposable income is 491k naira. Red flag number 1 . Keep ur expenditure at maximum two times of ur dispensable income. In essence this means ur travel budget shud have been maximum 982k naira 2. Were u paying urself a fixed salary monthly as u presented urself to be self employed? 3. They also had issues with the multiple credits in ur personal account of which was not ur acclaimed salary neither did you show proofs of who and how these deposits came about. In a nutshell, ECO was convinced u used those monies to inflate ur account. 4. Lastly the acct statement u presented had roughly an equivalent of 4k pounds in it and u budgeted to spend 3k pounds for holiday. ECO is probably thinking why would u go and spend all ur money on holiday and have such little balance to return to. This means this person is not genuine.. ur intention was doubted. My thoughts. |

skace:Q1. Every one would fill out separate applications and each will pay visa fees. However to show a link between the applications, in each form they wud be asked if traveling with anyone. Fill out the names of other family members in such a section Q4. Airlines do reduced fares for kids so make sure you are choosing the space relevant to their ages. Either as child or infant traveller. However some would simply tag all children 12 and above as adults and hence charge adult fares. In summary, this differs from airline to airline Who is sponsoring the trip? |

anybody coming into Uk should endeavor to do the compulsory 14 days quarantine. whether they call or check u up is not ur problem. I have just finished 14 days quarantine and nobody called me to ask if am indoor. yesterday, a student was decieved by his friends to go out only for the police to check him up at home and was not found. he is awaiting deportation and he has being banned from UK for 3 years. Another person was called and she did not picked the calls, she was checked up at home and she was so lucky she was home. if u have ears hear o. no let anybody decieved u. one of my friend too told me quarantine does not matter but I had ears and I listen. 1 Like |

Thanks so much for your input, it makes a lot if sense to me now. First I made a mistake by taking a friend's advise who suggested I play down on my income. I make close to twice what I quoted. Unfortunately he was not sensible enough to advise I play down my intended expenditure too. Secondly the large deposit that was mentioned occurred sometime in April when I moved cash into my Gt account from my access account for a business transaction . Both are my business account and they carry the same name but I only tendered one of my business account because I felt it will be sufficient. I hope to address all the issues when I reapply next year. But for now I rest my case. Thanks once again for your help giselle237: |

Chijiuba: Explain your salary structure in your application and in your cover letter. Do the math and explain it clearly. 1st leg + 2nd leg=October salary, do same for each of the months affected. State clearly that covid-19 affected your company's operations hence the cash crunch that led to payment of your salary twice. |

Please I like to ask a quick question. If I decide to set aside maybe a sum of 300k montly into one of my savings account. Not a salary per say just solely for my vacation for the next 6 months. No addition nor subtraction just that amount from my business account monthly. Can this be used to apply because don't want to use my business account again if possible. |

Yes they charge if you email them or at least that’s what they said. I called them cos I didn’t have the patience to wait for 2 days for a reply. They charged me about 60p I think per minute for the call. OBYNOWEST12: |

Hello everyone, please I need your professional advice on this. My cousin applied for a tier 4 Uk visa but was refused based on the fact that her brother submitted a fake bank statement on her behalf and she has been refused under 320 A . I will like to know if she can reapply and kindly share if you’ve experienced such before and was able to get your visa approved |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by mimilyrics: 2:15am On Nov 03, 2020 |
A refusal under 320(7a) triggers a ban. Reapplying means an automatic refusal and is accompanied by notice of a 10-year ban if not included in the 1st application refused on that grounds. Kingdessy2242: 1 Like |

mimilyrics: @mimilyrics kindly go through the rules please, maybe something positive might turn up. From what I can deduce 320 7B comes in play if you’re unable to prove that you’re innocent |
