Hello beloveths, I'm very very angry right now, I feel like I'm too weak, played and scammed.

Right after the lock down, I decided to fix up my uncompleted building, that has only gate to be done with.
I gave this welder guy 50k in July to come finish up the gate so I can be able to finally move into my house, ever since then, this young man has been playing me, I went to his workshop and was told he was pursued by his landlord, that he just perches around, not even a place to call home, I was made to understand he lives a reckless life, and a chronic drunkard too.

I met the landlord of the workshop, very nice fellow- he told me a lot about the welder man, and how he grossly misbehaves and how he eats people's money when they pay for job, his neighbors confirmed this too, not just his landlord, one of the neighbors volunteered to help lure him out if I want to catch him.

House, I'm really pained, how best should I handle this situation, and has anyone have similar experience?

Just find another responsible person to do your work.

It doesn't mean you are weak.

You are not serious, and must be very stingy, 50k is too small for a gate biko, and you gave it to him because of the cheap price.
This man didn't scam you in anyway, hes just being his normal irresponsible self. Maybe you should beg him or add more money for him because he don use your money catch cruise

It's not to build me a car pass gate, but a mini gate holder for the bigger gate, it might interest you to know that I met numerous welder that offered to do the same exact thing for 40k, matter of fact, the welder that did my neighbors' did it for 40k.

Give that nigger money and it is gone. Immediately you leave, my guy de enter Kai Kai joint. After his first few shots, nigger will declare for his fellow alcoholics. Bros when you see him after 1hr, you know your money is gone. Jimoh use to be a fine boy those days, it was said he use to visit married women in the estate when their kids have gone to school and hubbie to work to service them. One big man they said drove with his friend to jimohs workshop and was pointing say na the boy weh de nack him wife be that. Them say drink na the thunder them take fire jimoh back. Fine boy has lost all his teeth. He see me at atm while I was in que to rag me. By time I used the atm. I entered my car and drove off. Guess what, jimoh don sleep for ground at the atm!
