This is not a given. Trump is leading Pennsylvania with 673,135 as at this moment and 1.4 million votes still being expected. Depending on the counties where those votes are coming from, and the winning margin. If Biden can win 75% if the 1.4 million, then he wins but don't be deceived, it's a tough ask.

The only tiny hope is that the 1.4 million votes represent mail in ballot where Democrats are favorites but will they win with the large margin . That is another issue entirely.

You dknt need large margin to claim a win. Just win by 20k votes only then you are good.

He called election fraud. He even delegitimised his own win if he wins eventually. He has declared himself elected when vote counting is still going on in key states.

The winner will be known in few days time. But the actual voting by the electors will take place in December.

The electors for each state is expected to vote for the winner of that state. Except in some few cases.
