Radiography uses cutting edge technologies to get defined pictures of the body which is referred to the Radiologist for diagnosis. You are not Licenced to diagnose patient except with a masters in Diagnostic Radiography.

Medical Laboratory Scientist work in the pathology labs under a Pathologist to run test. They are no Licenced to interprete results. You will do alot of test on faeces,sputum,semen,blood and drugs.
Biochemistry I don't really know.
If you don't want serious patient Interaction and you want to mind your business do Medical Lab.
If you want to use modern technologies to get pin point photographs of inyernal body do Radiography.

Reasons

Besides Nursing and Radiography, no other medical discipline secures you a sure pathway to an international job with just your local certificate.

If going abroad is not your thing, unlike MLS and Biochemistry (this one is actually useless. Many graduates are now makeup artist and insurance agents) there are ready jobs for you here in Nigeria starting right from your internship.

Finally, the industry is not saturated and your opportunity for growth and exploration is infinite.

P.S: Radiographers are hot cakes right now across the world. Whether you are a medical radiographer or industrial radiographer, na you go decide how your life go be.

Avoid Microbiology, Biochemistry and all those worthless courses... You would be better learning carpentry than studying them

Don't deceive yourself please ehn. In Both courses you are limited both home and abroad you end up being a Laboratory Manager and Radiography Manager and that is how good as it gets. It is only in the UK you might get into easily, in the USA forget it you will go back to school. Mind you apart from ultrasound, MRI and CT scan which are don't have the adequate contemporary machines. But how many do these except those who might be working in big teaching hospitals or big private hospitals.
Pata Pata you will specialise Ultrasonography, MRI etc.
The two courses are rewarding but very boring. If you feel in the end you would have qualms with serving under somebody then find your square root.
It is only in Nigeria everybody want to be a boss of everything including MLS and Radiographers which are Lab Scientist and Image technologists Respectively.
OP if patient care is what you want go for Physiotherapy/Medical Rehabilitation, Medicine and Surgery, Nursing, Vet med, Dentistry, Orthopaedic Technology, optometry. If you don't mind seeing people then Radiography and MLS is okay
