What he said actually makes sense,we all should be aware of our surroundings,the main reason you feel he's not being sympathetic is cos you're being emotional not logical,any logical person would know that you don't just walk into a lift without looking,if she was aware of her surroundings she would have noticed the hollowed lift,but she trusted blindly and just walked to her death. It's sad that she died but both the hotel management and she have faults though the management have the bigger share. We need to be cautious in whatever we do.
