But since I woke up today to say Accra is better than Abuja , that got me thinking Accra must have encountered a miraculous infastructural turn around overnight hence why I keep demanding pics.

Abuja was planned right from scratch but the city looks ordinary just as you put it Cantoment, East Legon ect knocks Abuja flat.
What Abuja has over Accra will be the landscaping, road network and perhaps the fact that Accra has some old communities.
