I read it on a bulletin, about two days ago, that Goggle just implemented that process to locate with Long/Lat Coordinates, it will never have worked before the recent implementation.

You will have to update your Goggle Maps, to be able to use it but be aware that such Updates may be region-specific at times, as to how quickly it is implemented.

One of the developers who engaged our service for supervision already paid for all reinforcements, Cement, blocks, granite and dust that will complete his project before the recent hike in price. As a result of the agreement signed, he is not affected by the current fluctuation in price of commodities.

He got the details from the material schedule we prepared for him. He is happy and smiling now. The project is about #50m

These two are different.
And is it to build/Supervise from scratch (pegging) , up to German floor OR to just supervise the casting of the Oversight Concrete (German Floor)?

You are not mis-firing at all, though a bit generalising.
And what l mean is that there are still a few good people on this thread, whether as Clients, Contractors, etc.
There are also fraudsters out there but you are right about one thing: If you engage someone by yourself, you take all the risk by yourself and you get to prepare properly in that engagement.

What l see as the irony here is that When you recommend someone and a Client acts on that recommendation, when Yaawa happens, you should stand-up and either resolve the issue or you publicly denounce the Fraudster, you cant just keep quiet and say nothing because if not for your recommendation, maybe the Client would have been more alert and not patronise that person.
If l recommend someone to a Client/Contractor, and the Client/Contractor gets burnt, l would bear the consequence myself and hold the person l recommended to account
We cant just be giving out recommendation just to be liked or curry future favor, that is ungodly.

Dont recommend if you know that you wont be able to resolve any Yaawa that happens, Period.

There are so many other ways to cheat you, apart from counting number of tyres.

If you can search, there is a Post by @Chekitaut, made over five Years ago on this thread, that did a breakdown of the different methods they can use to cheat a Client.
It is good everyone familiarise themselves with that post and Thanks once again, to @Chekitaut, for that post.

because supplier know customer count tyres they use a 14tyres trailer load 15tons in it deliver to site, that is for people who count tyres.

Every 30tons load of Granite must occupy the whole bucket with good hip of Granite. 3 types of truck lift 30tons.
Howo Chinese truck 10tyres
Dump truck with 12tyres
Trailer truck with 14tyres

Bucket matters, some bucket are designed for 20tons, 25tons, 30tons & 45tons this is the only place customer get confused.

Not all engineer know this.
20tons truck are
8tyres truck (Iveco mostly from Abeokuta)
10tyres truck(Mack, Man, Iveco, Scania, Volvo)
Still, not all lift 20tons its dependant on the bucket
