I agree Southampton are one of the best team in the league at the moment, form-wise. They play with a high intensity and their efforts usually get results.

However, you CANNOT judge United by the same yardstick. There is less pressure on Soton and their coach to make top 4, there is huuuuge pressure on Ole and the players and they are expected to win every match.

If Soton lose 3 games consecutively there won’t be a crisis, if Ole does so, fans will riot.

Im not saying Soton’s coach will flop if he comes to United, I’m saying that you cannot be very sure he will kick off because the level of expectation at Soton is waaay different from the level of expectation at United.

That is what he has been doing for most of the last decade. It seems to me that he prefers the DoF role to being manager.

I have always liked the way his teams play football right from his Hoffenheim team with Ibisevic, Demba Ba, Chinedu Obasi.

His pupils have taken it to the next level and all play high press, high octane, attacking football.
