i'm a graduate n I have also acquired some skills too, I stayed in PH with an uncle which treat me very well n am comfortable there. but I feel I need to move with my life, I feel is time to take a risk.
I have been looking for a job, the few steps I made to get a job they told me that I need to know someone to connect me, I'm so fed up. I feel I need to go n work like a drop out or something, anything legal becus I'm tired of promises I need to do somtin

pls i someone to accomodate me in the west(lagos) or east(anambra) while i find something for myself i really need to leave my current location even if it's just for a month...thanks inadvance

Are you a male or female?

I doubt someone will accept to accommodate you just like that without knowing who you are

That's why it's good to maintain friendship for time like this but most people ego won't allow them keep friends

You ought to have friend/friends in Lagos or anambra

I wish you Good luck tho

I stay in Abuja

I doubt you can see someone to accommodate you without knowing you before now.. Don't you think it might be dangerous for you staying with someone you hardly knows what he did for a leaving.

Just my 1kobo advice...

If you're coming to Anambra, have it in mind that you're coming strictly for business. Anything outside business I will advise you to remain in PH.

If the OP is really a graduate, then we're in trouble in this country.

So what are you gonna do there?

What's ur plan!

I hope you don't think jobs are shared on merit in those places woh grin

Or is ur uncle tired of feeding you?.

Or you just wanna feel like a man, bring ur girl home for the weekend & play house? grin

My advice, get ur priorities right first, only travel to somewhere like Lagos when you have a clear goal in mind and COMFORTABLE accommodation. especially in this covid and recession era. Before you become a burden to someone else.

Mehn...I seriously dislike squatters unless we are blood related.

But........what makes life fun, is the ability to do what we want, when we want & without giving a fuvk. So bros, do what makes you happy. Life is short

Op, you said your uncle is/was taking care of you, so my question is how, d man dy give u money for upkeep abi u dy follow d man go work.. If the latter is the case, my advise is instead of leaving your comfort zone, expand it.

Follow d man dy go work, learn d work and with his blessings, trust me, d man go do u well on a family basis

Wait until your host starts touching you in the night behind locked doors grin

on another note, some people migrate to Ph to earn better living. It's not always about starting from ground zero and doing grunt work. Have you tired putting your skills into practice and develop them in the process? A lot of folks are still finding it hard in the west and east. Unemployment is above 55% and rising

Chairman, I frankly disagree with u on this. I don't think maintaining or not maintaining friendship has anything to do with ego.

This life no balance.. people are looking for comfort zone after years staying under bridge in cms but other are thinking how to leave comfort zone. Bro if you don't have any business in Lagos or Anambra, pls stay in ph and hustle. Just be street wise n stay awy from crime.

@ Benny93

My advice is: leave, go out there, explore, experience life. Be it a month or a year and if it doesn't work out... You return back home and re-strategize.

Don't listen to those people asking you to remain in your "Comfort" and not take risks.
The greatest comfort of all is comfort of the mind. Your body is comfortable there, but your mind isn't. You always have that feelings of something "is missing, feelings of wanting to be more than where you are."

Follow your instincts, take a step and if it didn't work out... Fall back, re-strategize, then strike again.

And please ignore those professors, language was made for the purpose of communocation. What you've written up there, even an idiot get the message... That's what matters.

If you want to leave your comfort zone, sell your phone, go out there and do menial jobs and put food on your table.

All I see are excuses.

Develop a personality of taking corrections and effecting them. It's a good way to start your life journey
