I'm about to apply for a tourist visa. I have my documents. My uncle is a South African Citizen, he sent me his notarized SA passport, house papers, bank papers and invitation letter. I will be applying with my mom as she's also included in the invitation letter. Please how much is the visa fee now? |

Has anyone travelled to South Africa recently? Did you have to undergo new covid-19 test on arrival and did you have to pay out of pocket or it was free? |

Please can anyone help me with the best medical insurance for student. I just received my admission letter so I want to start processing my visa. Do I need to pay insurance for the duration of my study? |
Re: General South Africa Visa Enquiries by SirKennie13(m): 1:41pm On Nov 06, 2020 |
justt: There is no need for a repeat PCR test here once you have a valid test result of not more 98hrs before your arrival. |
Re: General South Africa Visa Enquiries by SirKennie13(m): 1:43pm On Nov 06, 2020 |
oluyinkavic: Acceptable one by your school MUST be stated in your admission letter. However, Momentum ingwe is still best for foreign students. Also, you only need to pay on yearly basis. |

oluyinkavic: If you are married and you wish to take your spouse and/or children along, you may have to get your marriage and birth certificates certified at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The first time I went for submission, I was turned back! I had to go to Abuja to get them certified before I could submit. |

@Charlroy @Charlroy, are you currently on a CSV in SA? If yes, what critical skill are you on? How can one quickly secure a job in SA based on the CS he or she got the visa on? If the CSV was got without arranged employment and initial 12-month visa was given, what job portal can you recommend which one can use to be able to get job on time? Many questions.... 1 Like |

Anyone to help answer these questions; For the medicals and radiological report, will it be from a government hospital or a private hospital? Any format in writing the self introduction letter? Thanks. |
Re: General South Africa Visa Enquiries by Charlroy: 7:34am On Nov 11, 2020 |
qhunlay: Hey @qhunlay: No I am not on a critical skills visa, I am a South African immigration consultant. I assist people in applying for South African visas. I would recommend the following websites for looking for jobs: 1. https://www.careerjunction.co.za/ 2. https://www.careers24.com/ 3 https://www.pnet.co.za/ @ oluyinkavic It can be from a private hospital or government hospital, as long as the medical forms are completed by a registered doctor. If you guys need assistance check out my website and contact me. |

A friend told me that there's high rate of unemployment in SA. Will SA be a good choice for study and work especially in the IT field? Is there work permit & PR? Can I go with my wife when going for study as long as there's fund? Which schools are good and safe for IT? |
