Amaechi that couldn't utter a word when Wike was on rampage slaughtering our people in Oyigbo LGA in the name of IPOB. Most people in Ikwerre, Etche and Okrika axis of Rivers State speak Igbo language just like the Anioma people of Delta State. So Amaechi speaking Igbo shouldn't come as a surprise after all. 1 Like |

Amaechi is trying to pull wool over the eyes of Igbos for his political gain. Pls let Ikwere remain Ikwere ooo and Igbos remain Igbos, until a certain time in the future when they will tell themselves the truth. For now, Igbos refused to be deceived. 3 Likes |

He is only claiming to be an Igbo man because of 2023, if 2023 is going to Igboland, it must be for the core Igbo man not all these claimants. That is someone from Anambra, IMO, Abia, Enugu and Ebonyi, anyone outside these states for Igbo president means there is foul play. 2 Likes |

Monjerk: Yes when it comes to Igbo presidency, you want it to be your CORE IGBOMAN from your five Igbo states, but when you want to do your Biafra, you remember Igbos in Kogi, Cross River, Rivers, Edo, Delta, and even Cameroon. 1 Like |

KenOne: The part in bold actually describes you 100%. The Ibibio, Ogoni, Bini, Igala, Ijaw, Idoma etc have all intermingled, intermarried and share contiguous boundaries with Igbos, even more than the Ikwerre, yet they maintained their language, culture and tradition, only for the Ikwerre to lose theirs and became Igbos?? Sense is very far from you! 7 Likes |

Two confused bastards from the same clan are claiming two different ethnicities. Wike is claiming to be Ikwerre but according to him, Ikwerre belongs to Bini yet another person from same village, Amaechi is claiming to be Ikwerre but according to him, Ikwerre belongs to Igbo. These Ikwerre people have totally lost it and Igbos must reject them totally. They've nothing to add or benefit us but they've everything to gain from us. With us, they become ethnic majority and influential but without us, they become an inconsequential minute minority. Ikwerre thinks they're smart but in reality the opposite is the case. I will rather endorse someone from Ibibio, Ogoni or Ijaw and support them in any election for keeping it real than have anything to do with a clan that like decieving themselves. Any Igbo man that supports anything Ikwerre going forward, is a typical efulefu raised to 100. For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction to it. We must make Ikwerre to suffer consequences of their reckless acts and not allow them to benefit from it. If any party should give its ticket to Amaechi and claim it's an Igbo ticket, then we will vote for the opposing party that gave theirs to any other person regardless of where the person comes from. 2 Likes |

Tranquill: Common gerrout from here! What business do we Igbos have with Ikwerre or people like Amaechi and Wike? Confused people, Amaechi and your Ikwerre people should be bold and courageous enough to seek for presidency under your Ikwerre ethnic nationality identity. When the Ijaws were seeking for president, they didn't shamefully attach themselves to others in order to become relevant, so why are you guys now claiming to be Igbo? We Igbos will rather support an Ogoni, Ibibio or Ijaw man that is honest enough to keep it real than supporting dishonest people that want to eat their cake and still have it. We will continue with the campaign until every one the estimated 40 million Igbos both within and outside Nigeria distances themselves from the Ikwerre. 3 Likes 1 Share |

KenOne:my friend shut up there. Nothing concern proximity for this thing. Why is this even an issue? How can you say someone that his name is chibuike( God is strength) amaechi(who knows tomorrow) is not igbo? It's like saying someone whose name is kayode is not yoruba. Something is wrong with you people. 2 Likes |

KenOne:There is a difference between a learned language and a mother tongue. Tiv, Berom, Igala, Okun etc all have their unique mother tongue languages but learn Hausa for easy communication with other tribes in the middle belt. Ikwere have no mother tongue except Igbo which they speak and derive their names from. They claim to be from Bini but there is no single Bini language in their mother tongue, that is the contention. Why is it that Ijaw, Ibibio, Oron, Efik etc despite their proximity and intermarriage with Igbos retained their language while only Ikwere lost their entire ancestral heritage language 100% to Igbo language. 2 Likes |

All Igbo girls' ambition now is to become first lady of Rivers State like Amaechi's wife so, they tear their legs with reckless abandon for any Ikwerre man in sight. The only people who gives a hoot about these ikwerre issues are just Imo state and Abia state just that they drag igbos into their madness of ikwerre. I have consistently said it here Imo state and Abia state should stop disturbing our peace with ikwerre issue. We are a proud people and don't know anything about ikwerre. The person you are chating with is from Imo state and not Igboid young man.....host of others are either abia like nnamdi kanu or Imo state like uwazuluike We don't give a damn whether you guys are existing or not and the indigenes of these states should stop disturbing our peace with ikwerre issues..... After all the igbo dialect amaechi is speaking is owerri, Abia and una rivers and I wonder how that is our business over here |
