A Secretary/Executive Assistant is needed at Tinwot Organic Farm Ltd and Figtree Company. The candidate will report directly to the CEO and will have the following job responsibilities, among others;

1. Maintain the CEO's diaries and arrange appointments
2. Write correspondence, answer and make calls on the CEO's behalf
3. Type, prepare and collate reports
4. File and maintain documents
5. Create and maintain employee records
6. Perform other routine clerical and administrative duties
7. Arrange meetings and take meeting notes

The successful candidate should have;

a. At least a diploma in Secretarial Studies or other field
b. 3 years cognate work experience
c. Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
d. Good written and spoken english.
e. Fast Typing speed

Salary is N60 -65,000 per month depending on experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 6.30pm.
