It’s not their fault... As long they run to Ftc to collect monthly allocation, they don’t care to know how the allocation was generated.

This is the people we share country with and we expect development. It can’t be achievable with people like this.

I have said it the south promote Nigeria to world
Be it music entertainment
Movies “Nollywood”
Fashion
Etc

This north portray Nigeria to be a worse country

Highest poverty rate
Terrorism
High illiteracy rate
Etc

Naptu2 this was part of what I was saying the other day. What right have the Kano state government have to destroy alcohol bottles and ban the consumption of alcohol, just because of Sharia law.

I mean it should be within the constitutional right of every Nigerian to decide whether they want to consume alcohol or not.

Is it everybody that is a Muslim there?
If quoran says dont drink alcohol, then don't drink it.
What now conserns you with the person that is selling it?
Just don't buy. Finish.
You have no right to destroy anybody's property.

Hypocrites.

Reminds one of Chidodo, the bird in Chinua Achebe's classic books.

The bird (Hisbah) dislikes excreta (alcohol) so much but loves to eat maggots (taxes on alcohol).

Shame.

And yet we share the VAT paid on alcohol consumed in the south, nonsense.

If they really know how to think they could have just shipped the product to some retailers in the south, but oil money allocation won't let them think outside of their small 16th century box

Nigeria is a secular state how come Kano is a non secular state.

How about those who do not subscribe to any religion, do you advocate that we force them into one? Would Kano State arrest Wole Soyinka for drinking alcohol in Kano?

If atheists gain control of this country: would it be right for them to enforce their beliefs upon Christians and Moslems?

What is good for the goose is good for the Gander!

It's a pity. But that's just it.
Kukuma, carry your load and leave .
Let's just know that South and North people cannot mix in this country.
Likewise we send all the Northerns back to the north anywhere we see them in the south
AND collect our southern alcoholic CRUDE OIL money from their hand.
