You do not know that good business owners will value opinions of employees that differs from theirs as far as it point out to possible collapse of the business from the owners' opinions cautioning them to be more careful in implementing it.

When you see professors who EARNED their professorship and successful people who WORKED HARD to get to the pinnacle of their careers.
